Service

outpaint provides a public 1000×1000 pixel canvas. Users may purchase the right to set pixel colors. Pixels can be bought and overwritten again. Prices may rise with each purchase of a given pixel (escalating pricing). Package discounts and a minimum order value may apply as shown in the checkout UI.

Small-business VAT exemption (Kleinunternehmer, § 19 UStG) — no VAT charged.

Contract / payment

Purchases are paid via Stripe. The contract is concluded when payment is successfully completed and pixels are applied to the canvas.

Immediate performance / withdrawal

Digital content / service begins immediately after purchase (pixels appear on the canvas). By checking the consent box at checkout, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once painting/performance has started (where applicable under consumer law).

Content rules

No illegal content, hate, harassment, doxxing, or other abusive material. We may hide, reset, or remove pixels and restrict access in case of abuse or legal risk.

Availability

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance or capacity limits may occur.

Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by German law; liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected, as do mandatory consumer rights.

Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
